Nothing But Fat & Bones
Author Jennifer McLagan (Bones: Recipes, History, and Lore (2005) and Fat: An Appreciation of a Misunderstood Ingredient, with Recipes (2008)) is joined by four Toronto chefs for a guided tasting of warming, seasonal foods inspired by her innovative books.

UofT Faculty Club chef Harold Ramos hosts Slow Food Toronto chefs Sharon Bergey (Jamie Kennedy Kitchens), John Sinopoli (Table 17), and Michael Steh (Reds Bistro).
